Casa São Tiago is an apartment on the upper floor of a house near the village of Ponta do Sol, for families or groups of up to four people — it has a large terrace with an outdoor table, ideal for al fresco dining and enjoying the sunset.

The apartment comprises two bedrooms, each with a queen-size double bed (160 × 200 cm), a bathroom with a bath and shower, a living room and a kitchen.

It is equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine, bed linen, towels, ironing equipment, Wi-Fi (310 Mbps), a TV with international channels and other amenities to ensure a pleasant and relaxing stay.

The apartment is in a rural area about 3.5 km from the village of Ponta do Sol, where there is a beach, restaurants and cafés.

Ponta do Sol is located in the southwestern part of the island, which has the best weather conditions in Madeira.

A few kilometres away there are stunning cliffs, mountains and Laurissilva forest for nature lovers and hikers.

Nearby you can enjoy many outdoor activities such as hiking, paragliding, mountain biking, surfing, fishing and other nautical activities.

The property has access to the main roads.

This accommodation is close to a busy road and, as such, there may be traffic noise, which is reduced by closing the windows.

Weekly maintenance cleaning, including a change of bed linen and towels.

The accommodation does not have air conditioning.

We strongly recommend that guests purchase travel insurance covering cancellations or other unforeseen circumstances that may prevent their stay.

For those sensitive to mosquito bites, we recommend using repellent when getting around the island.

In-person check-in is by prior appointment. We will wait up to 60 minutes after the scheduled time; beyond that, it may be necessary to arrange a new time.
