This home enjoys a wonderful location close to the gate and even closer to the Pine Mountain Lake Golf Course and the community pool. You can walk three-quarters of a mile to one of the most popular beaches, enjoy boating and water sports at the Pine Mountain Lake Marina, and take mid-day breaks at the lakeside cafe. You'll also be five miles from great fishing at the aptly named Fisherman's Cove.

Great spot on a quiet street on the Pine Lake HOA community. Hot tub worked great.
Tri level home with AC and fans in every room. Modern appliances in kitchen and lots of cookware. Owners left inner tubes for the lake beach. 5 min drive to pine lake beach with swim area, store and cafe.
Only complaint is the Xbox was broken and couldn’t play games or dvds.

Cool place, the extra 50 is a bummer and must be more clearly mentioned or just included in the total fees. Big place fully stacked, but a little under maintained, found webs and dust all over the house.
