The Cocoonr agency is offering this charming flat for rent in Quiberon, less than 100 metres from the beach. It measures 30 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests.
Located on the 2nd floor (no lift), the accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 12 m² living room with a TV, a double sofa bed (sleeps 2) and a dining area
- A kitchenette equipped with, amongst other things: an electric kettle, an oven, a microwave, hob…
- A bedroom with a bunk bed (sleeps 2)
- A bathroom with a shower
- A separate toilet
Outside:
- A 6.55 m² west-facing balcony with furniture to enjoy sunny days
The flat is ideally situated in Quiberon, in pleasant surroundings. Nearby, you’ll find all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants and bars.
There are plenty of activities to enjoy in the surrounding area: bike hire to explore the Côte Sauvage, tree-top adventure courses, surfing, sailing, windsurfing… You can also take a boat trip to visit Belle-Île-en-Mer, Houat or Hoëdic.
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park one vehicle in the flat’s garage. It is 4 m long, 1.85 m high and 2.10 m wide at the entrance, widening to 2.50 m inside. Please check in advance that your vehicle’s dimensions are compatible.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:
- Nearest railway station: Quiberon (15 minutes’ walk)
- Nearest airport: Rennes Bretagne (152 km)
