**Important Details & House Rules**

*Upon confirmation, we will request a signed credit card authorization form along with pictures of the credit card holder`s ID for verification purposes.*

* Security Deposit: A $500 security deposit is required prior to your arrival (cannot be paid via credit card).

* Pool Heater: Due to operational limits, the external pool heater will not operate when the outside temperature falls below 65°F.

* No Commercial Use: Commercial activities and video recording for commercial purposes are strictly prohibited on the premises.
The payment of an additional $500 security deposit will be required prior to your arrival.

**Please note that for July 4th holiday bookings, an additional $500 security deposit is required on top of the standard amount; additionally, please be aware that fireworks and parties are strictly prohibited at the property**

Security deposits can`t be paid via Credit card.

Please note that failure to comply with any of house rules could lead to the loss of your security deposit.

Mandatory house rules:

1. No guests allowed in the home other than those included in the reservation

2. Vehicle count cannot exceed 2 cars, no vehicles are to be parked on the swale, street, or grass.

3. No excess noise throughout the day and no noise during the quiet hours of 10 pm to 7 am

4. A fee of $250 will be charged for smoking in the house as well as a charge for any damaged furniture.

5. Fireworks are not allowed.

6. Please do not change the settings on the pool equipment, if you need assistance, let us know so we can assist. If you change the settings a $500 fine will be charged.

PET OWNERS: A pet fee of $150 will be charged if you don`t clean up after your pet. This applies in open areas (patio/backyards) and inside of homes. You are responsible for delivering the property in the same condition as received.
