Nestled in an exclusive Mediterranean garden, this former 19th-century customs house welcomes you with an atmosphere of refined Tuscan elegance. The long covered patio offers a private space for your outdoor moments, while the private garden invites you to relax among deck chairs and outdoor lounges.

The interiors tell a story of tradition and modern comfort, with exposed chestnut beams and stone floors. The fully equipped kitchen, furnished with handcrafted furniture, is painted in a delicate sage green inspired by the vegetation of the San Leopoldo river. The two double bedrooms feature fine fabrics and luxurious silks, complemented by a walk-in closet and a bathroom in Rapolano travertine.

The 250 square meter garden is an oasis of local herbs and Mediterranean plants, where you can enjoy a relaxation area, a space for bicycles, and a barbecue area, perfect for al fresco dining.

Just a short walk away are the beautiful beaches of Fiumara and Fouri Rotta, while nature lovers can explore the Diaccia Botrona Oasis and the Uccellina Park. The Castle of Castiglione and the Tenuta le Mortelle estate offer interesting cultural and food and wine excursions.
