Between Deauville's glamorous seafront and Trouville's lively harbour, the Presqu'Île de la Touques occupies one of the most coveted positions on the Normandy coast — a five-star residence in a landmark historic building, with a private balcony or terrace, year-round heated pools, and an Algotherm Spa that turns a holiday into something genuinely restorative. The train station is 300 metres away, the beach is 1km away, and the casino is a short stroll in either direction.

The apartment features a bedroom with two single beds alongside a living area with a double sofa bed and TV — a well-considered layout for four. The bathroom and separate toilet provide comfortable everyday ease for the group. The fully equipped kitchenette includes a coffee machine, Nespresso, toaster, kettle, and dishwasher, and free Wi-Fi is included. The private terrace or balcony is where the harbour setting comes into its own — morning coffee with the boats below, evening drinks with the Norman light fading over the rooftops. Covered parking is available at an additional charge.

Both heated pools — indoor and outdoor — are free for all guests year-round, featuring hydromassage jets, counter-current swimming, and a paddling pool. The sauna and hammam are included, and the Algotherm Spa is available as a paid option, with preferential rates when booked in advance. The fitness studio and kids' area round out the on-site offering.

Deauville's casino, racecourse, beach, and boutiques are all on the doorstep, with Trouville's fish market and harbour adding genuine Norman charm just across the bridge.
