La habitación la vista hermosa y las condiciones

Q el balcón no estaba limpio , y no había algún utensilio para pasar en el piso

Every aspect was fine. I am 82 and the various protocols took some time to learn. Like using the card to access towels at the pool. Forgot that I was given a card at check in. When asked for the card at the pool, told them I did not have one so they accepted my wrist band as okay. When checking out I did not remember the towel card. When arriving back home I found it in my computer case. Sorry, I doubted that I was given one. There were several protocols for safety and security that as a first time visitor just needed a little extra time to learn given my age. I hope they do not charge me the $40 fee for the towel card which I can mail back to them if needed. Also, my apologies to the desk person whom I doubted had given me the towel card. Otherwise eveything was fine. Would love to return. Thank you, Lou and Yannie Vallee
