The location is outstanding surrounded by shops/ restaurants etc. can’t beat it .
The host provides many thoughtful additions such as beach mats & a Parasol . There is shower gel and some loo rolls.
There is a washing machine & cooking facilities .There is a fridge .
It is very safe and the entry system is by fob so easy.
You really couldn’t beat this location.
The shower room requires complete modernization . A walk in shower could easily be accommodated . The grout / silicone is cracked & the loo doesn’t flush properly .
The electrics need attending to - loose wiring is evident.
Some basic cleaning liquids could be provided ( to mop the floor). There is a mop.
There are no written instructions/ manual so no idea about rubbish etc.
There should be some spare bedding ( sheets etc).
There should be a blanket.
There is only 1 fan so no air con.
There could be a better dryer for hanging wet clothes . It doesn’t fit on the balcony rail.
