arncliffe hotel

Great location and pleasant staff, clean hotel which met requirements.

Central location behind winter gardens

Room is pretty basic, old furniture, tiny TV, pretty noisy and very derelict outside the window

Close to the sea front , staff very friendly and helpful Looks like new owners trying to renovate the hotel

No tv remote in room Pillows on the hardside

Location fine staff great was just abit disappointed it stated there was a flat screen tv and they was no tv at all have 3 diffrent men come to the room with 2 small old tvs that didnt work was told they would go find a areal and no one come back lucky we was only there for one night plugs didn't work at side of the bed witch would of made things alot easier and the bunk beds was really wobbly and noisy but the main thing that was disappointing was having no tv they did say they just took from old owners so can understand why everything isn't been done yet but they should update the info on the rooms so people no what they are booking as I told staff if I knew they wanst a tv I wouldn't of booked as we had my autistic granddaughter with us and a tv was a must other then that staff was great and room was okay for the price :)

Plugs was working Wobbly noisy bunkbeds seems loose No tv in the room
