Beach House Rooftop Deck and Bay Access
What a great location for this charming, spacious 1,269 sqft upstairs, 2 bedroom 2 bath beach house. Just steps away to Newport's beautiful Bay Canals where you can bring your little ones to play in the sand, build a sand castle and look for crabs. The 38th St Park is across the street with its great play area for kids and the full court basketball court. There is even another fun playground over the little bridge to Newport Island just down the sidewalk.

209 38th St B is professionally managed by Newport Beach Vacation Properties. This spacious upper unit with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms is in a prime location. Just steps away to Newport's beautiful Bay Canals where you can bring your little ones to play in the sand, build a sand castle and look for crabs. The 38th St Park is across the street with its great play area for kids and the full court basketball court. There is even another fun playground over the little bridge to Newport Island just down the sidewalk.
The home opens up to the open living, dining and kitchen area. Perfect for gathering the crew after long beach day to relax. Just past the kitchen you will find a laundry closet with a stacking washer and dryer. Following that, you will find a full bathroom and a guest room with a queen bed. Up the stairs you will find the master suite with a walk in closet and an en suite full bathroom. This master suite also has access to a full roof top deck with a BBQ and a dining table to enjoy meals with a beautiful sunset view.
The home has 2 parking spots available, one in the garage and one in the carport right in front of the garage door.
Please Note* There is a home caddy corner from the home that is currently under construction. The restrooms at the park directly in front of the home are also undergoing repairs.
As our guest, enjoy complimentary local experiences curated to help you make the most of Newport Beach. Activity offerings are seasonal and may include whale watching, harbor cruises, E-BIKE rentals, kayaks & paddle boards, and electric boat rentals.
Other Important Details:
- Thanks to our cool coastal breeze, most Newport Beach homes do not have air conditioning (AC). Every home comes with fans so you can open the windows and enjoy the beach air like a local. If AC is important to you, please double check if it is listed as an amenity.
- Parking is provided at your rental unit. However, we cannot guarantee your vehicle will fit in the designated spot, so you may need to find street parking. Street parking can be impacted due to proximity to the beach.
- We do our best to stay on top of any remodels or construction happening near our properties, but construction can pop up in the City of Newport Beach without notice. By city rule, construction is only permitted Monday through Friday, 7am to 6:30pm.

only draw back where the stairs to get to even the first level.However the roof top deck was worth it!The living room coffee table and dinning chairs all need updating. The Beds where all very comfortable. tons of closet space the bathrooms where nice. Kitchen was nice and had lots of storage as well as household items you need Bbq was brand new and outdoor furniture was new and very nice.I would stay there again we had a great time!

The condo was a great fit for our quick vacation to the beach. The upstairs master bedroom was large and modern. The master bath is dated. You have to go through the master bedroom to get to the roof top patio. Also this is where the grill is located. The dishwasher didn't work so that was a bummer. Everything else in the kitchen was newer it seemed. The parking is tiny but our truck fit in there and it's a full size truck. Easy walk to the beach and a great park across the street that seemed to be really popular. Also the canal is right behind you. There is a small bridge that kids were jumping off of. I'd come back here again.

We had a great vacation. Newport Beach Vacation Properties were very easy to work with and made our stay enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again.

This Condo is very nice with all new appliances and furnishings. It has everything you could need for a beach getaway. Newport Beach Vacation Properties were a dream to work with. Very responsive and truly wanted to make sure we had the best vacation possible.
