My stay at Shaza Hotel Makkah was a truly pleasant experience. The hotel is beautiful, elegant, and comfortable, with a wonderful atmosphere of hospitality. Everything is arranged with great attention to the comfort of the guests. I would especially like to mention the manager. He is very attentive, polite, and helpful, and treats guests not only professionally but also with genuine human kindness. He listened carefully to my questions and did his best to assist me with everything I needed during my stay. This kind of personal attention is truly appreciated and deserves recognition. Thank you to the entire Shaza Hotel Makkah team for your professionalism, kindness, and hospitality. A special thank you to the manager for his exceptional care and respectful attitude toward guests. I wish the hotel continued success and many happy guests. I would be happy to recommend Shaza Hotel Makkah to others.
