1.Inconvenient bathroom access: The bathroom is located outside the room and requires unlocking and locking the door each time with a very stiff key/lock. Having to deal with this multiple times during the night was exhausting and impractical. 2.No duvet/blanket provided: There was no duvet or blanket on the bed. We were very cold and could not sleep well until we explicitly asked for one, which took until the fourth day to arrive. Even in warmer seasons, basic bedding should be readily available. 3.Fixed shower head: The shower head is fixed to the wall and cannot be moved or handheld, making it awkward and inconvenient to use. 4.Laundry issues: While we truly appreciated the host doing our laundry once, a second promised load was forgotten. This left us in a rush with no clean clothes to wear on the morning of checkout.
