The double bed was very comfortable and the flat was very clean and elegant. The shower was also very good and powerful.
The instructions didn't explain that there was a chip on the key fob to get in the main door, so we were eventually let in by accident by a grumpy man who ignored us.
We had two hungry children and couldn't find basic instructions for the microwave combi oven, but luckily managed to work it out. There were pillow cases but no duvet cover for the sofa bed, and it was quite hard to sleep on.
There weren't any details regarding where the games room or cinema were located, but we managed to find the gym.
It would also be helpful to have details on local amenities such as supermarkets and restaurants.
