We absolutely loved our stay! The apartment was beautiful, spotless, very comfortable and exactly as described. Everything felt fresh and well cared for. The host was incredibly friendly, flexible, helpful and genuinely caring. She went out of her way to help us and made us feel truly welcome and looked after. We only stayed for one night, but we would happily come back and stay much longer. Thank you so much for everything! ❤️

Due to the eruption of Etna we had to book this property at very short notice, in order to switch airports from Cantania to Palermo. However, the booking process with the owner was very straightforward, with excellent instructions quickly provided on how to access the apartment, along with a detailed description of the facilities etc. The apartment itself, had been recently refurbished with everything very new and spotlessly clean. We only had a short time to explore the town, but were impressed with the central area and its main street.
Our only minor issue was that we felt that the curtains in the bedroom area, allowed in too much light, which in a subsequent discussion with the owner, they have said they will look into, highlighting again how attentive they are.
