We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Topaz ONE Kandana. The villa is spacious, exceptionally clean, and offers a great sense of privacy and comfort. With multiple bedrooms and generous living spaces, it is an ideal choice for families or groups travelling together. What impressed us most was how well the property combines the comfort of a home with the convenience of a professionally managed stay. The rooms are comfortable and air-conditioned, the facilities are excellent, and everything we needed was readily available. The location is also a major advantage, especially for travellers looking for convenient access to the airport while enjoying a peaceful and private environment away from the busy city. The hospitality and attention to detail truly made our stay memorable. This is not just a place to sleep, it is a place where you can relax, spend quality time together, and genuinely feel at home. Highly recommended for families, groups, long-stay guests, or anyone looking for a spacious and private stay near Colombo and the airport. We would definitely choose Topaz ONE again! Thank you for making our stay so comfortable and memorable.

Nothing

From the moment we arrived, everything about our stay at Topaz ONE Villa felt effortless. The property is well maintained, thoughtfully arranged, and offers plenty of space to relax without feeling crowded. What we particularly appreciated was the flexibility and convenience of staying in a proper home rather than a typical hotel room. Having separate living spaces and a fully equipped kitchen made the stay much more enjoyable. The location was also convenient for getting around, while the property itself provided a calm escape at the end of the day. A great choice for travellers who appreciate space, independence and a relaxed home style stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would certainly consider staying again.

A wonderful combination of privacy, comfort, cleanliness and peace. We genuinely enjoyed our stay and would be very happy to return. Highly recommended!
