A proposito di questa casa struttura in affitto
Your Savannah home base, minus the noise and price
Skip the downtown parking wars and crowded rentals. This 3-bedroom home sits on a quiet cul-de-sac in Rincon, about 25 minutes from downtown Savannah's River Street, and 20 from Pooler's restaurants and Tanger Outlets. Explore all day, then come back to a real neighborhood where the loudest thing at night is the frogs.
Sleeps 6 comfortably
Bedroom 1: King bedroom with beautiful views of the backyard woods. Bathroom complete with shower and soaking tub. Bedroom 2: Queen bed, walk in closer and bathroom. Bedroom 3: Dual purpose room that could be used as an office or bedroom with sliding barn doors. Bed configuration is a twin daybed with trundle. Two full bathrooms means no morning lineups. Everything including the laundry room is on the main floor.
The backyard is the bonus
Private and peaceful covered front and back porches backed by tall Georgia pines. Morning coffee outside, kids and space to run, evenings winding down after a day in the city.
Great fit for:
Families visiting Savannah who want space and quiet.
Contractors and professionals on assignment at the Hyundai Metaplant, Gulfstream, or Fort Stewart (ask about weekly and monthly rates)
Anyone visiting family in Effingham County without crashing on their couch.
You'll have the whole house to yourself with self check-in. We're local and quick to respond if you need anything.
