Villa Benedikt is an elegant historic Belle Époque villa in the heart of Bad Gastein, one of Austria’s most beautiful alpine spa towns, just about an hour from Salzburg. Available for exclusive rental, the entire villa offers a unique setting for families, groups of friends, ski trips, celebrations or corporate stays.
The villa combines historic charm with modern comfort and accommodates up to 25 guests across three spacious, fully equipped apartments. Together, the property offers 7 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 3 generous living rooms, 3 fully equipped kitchens and 2 large dining areas, giving larger groups plenty of space to spend time together while still enjoying the privacy and comfort of separate apartments.
Each apartment has been thoughtfully designed to preserve the character of the historic building while providing everything needed for a comfortable stay, including original features, modern technology, fast Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, fully equipped kitchens and Bosch coffee machines.
The villa also offers practical facilities for active holidays. Guests have access to a shared ski room with secure equipment storage and electric ski boot dryers, as well as a dedicated laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. These facilities are particularly convenient after a day on the slopes or exploring the surrounding mountains.
Villa Benedikt enjoys an exceptional location in the centre of Bad Gastein, perfectly positioned between the historic town centre and the main ski lift. Restaurants, bars and local amenities are close by, while the Felsentherme thermal spa, train station and ski facilities are all within easy walking distance. A public car park is located approximately 200 metres from the villa.
In winter, the location is ideal for skiing and snow activities, while summer brings hiking, cycling, thermal spas and the spectacular Alpine landscape right to your doorstep.
Villa Benedikt is more than just accommodation – it is a historic alpine home where groups can stay together, enjoy generous shared spaces and experience the unique atmosphere of Bad Gastein.
