A proposito di questa appartamento struttura in affitto
Modern 3-room vacation rental with approximately 75 m² of living space, accommodating up to 6 people
This bright and spacious vacation home was lovingly renovated in early 2026 and is located on the first floor of a small residential building in an attractive location in Wenningstedt. The centerpiece is the exclusive, south-facing, fenced-in garden with its own sauna house and two terraces.
The bright and inviting upper floor features a spacious hallway as well as a generous, open-concept living, kitchen, and dining area:
The very well-equipped kitchen (COMING SOON: A new kitchen will be installed in fall 2026) with an oven and microwave adjoins the inviting dining area, which seats six people, and the cozy sofa nook with a TV. Under the sloping ceiling, there is another sofa that can be converted in just a few seconds into a third sleeping area (1.50 x 2.00 m) for up to two people and provides privacy thanks to a curtain.
On the same floor are:
Bedroom 1: Double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) with built-in closet and windows.
Bedroom 2: Double bed (1.40 x 2.00 m) with built-in closet and skylight.
Bathroom: Floor-level rain shower, double sinks, toilet, and skylight.
Garden: In the nearly 100-square-meter, enclosed, south-facing garden, you’ll find two furnished terraces—complete with a beach chair and lounge area—as well as a spacious outdoor sauna and an outdoor shower, all for your exclusive use. The lovingly designed outdoor area is landscaped with dune grass and a lawn and becomes a second living room when the weather is nice.
Location: This vacation rental is centrally located in Wenningstedt. Various restaurants, shopping options, and the promenade are nearby and easily accessible on foot or by bike. Weststrand is just under a 10-minute walk away. A bus stop is also located in the immediate vicinity.
Pets: Max. 2 dogs allowed (for a fee)
Non-smoking apartment
Parking: Yes
Note: In the same building, Sylt-ER rents out the one-room apartment across the hall, 16/2 Sylter Wohlfühlnest, Apt. 2. If other family members or friends plan to visit, booking this vacation rental is an excellent way to stay right next door while still having your own private space.
