Located on a quiet hilltop, our lodging facility, “Chichibunbun NIWA,” features a stylish, newly renovated interior and spacious grounds.
We strive to ensure that 3 to 4 adults can stay comfortably, and that children will have plenty to keep them entertained.
It’s also perfect for couples and offers easy access to the city center.

It serves as a great base for trekking, hiking, and pilgrimages, as well as a place to stay for motorcyclists and anglers, and is well-suited for remote work.

The property spans over 100 tsubo, and you can enjoy BBQs, hammocks, and an inflatable pool on the veranda or in the artificial turf garden.

*Regarding Parking*
Due to the slope leading to the on-site parking area, only compact SUVs can park there.
If you are driving any other type of vehicle, please park in the space marked “Chichibunbun P” with a red cone next to the trash collection bins at the entrance to Chichibunbun.

The living/dining room features a three-seater sofa and a smart TV, and you can enjoy playing PlayStation and watching DVDs.

It is equipped with a brand-new kitchen, a four-person dining table, a refrigerator, a microwave oven, a toaster, an electric kettle, and a rice cooker.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary cookware and tableware.

*Salt, pepper, soy sauce, vinegar, and olive oil are provided, but please bring any other necessary items yourself.

The restroom is located near the entrance and is not connected to the living area, ensuring your privacy.

The comfortably sized bathroom features a washing machine—a rarity in vacation rentals—making it ideal for long-term stays.

The bathtub has a reheating function, and body soap, shampoo, conditioner, and facial cleanser are provided.

The closet in the 6-tatami-mat bedroom holds bedding for three people. If four adults are staying, please have one person use an air mattress.

In the entryway, you’ll find an information board, bug spray spray, an air mattress, and an air pump for inflating the pool—please feel free to use these as needed.

The outdoor storage shed contains items for outdoor use, such as a BBQ set and a hammock; please use the dedicated key to access it.


Please use only handheld fireworks.
Since they will melt the artificial turf, please use them on the opposite side of the property.
Also, please fill the fire extinguisher bucket with water before use.

Since we offer such a wide range of amenities at a price lower than a hotel, we ask that you be sure to clean up after yourself.

While our spacious grounds are a major attraction, the forest side has a steep slope and is dangerous, so please do not cross the animal netting to enter the forest.

・Towels are not provided, so please bring your own.
・Toothbrushes are not provided, so please bring your own.
・The door to the outdoor storage shed is a bit stiff to open, but if you push the right-side door up slightly and insert the key all the way into the keyhole, you’ll be able to open and close it.
・An air mattress and an air pump for the pool are located in the entryway. Since they are USB-rechargeable, please charge them in advance before use.
・Please be very careful not to mistake the parking spot.

[Terms of Use and House Rules]
This accommodation facility provides services and sets prices based on the manners and ethics of our guests. To ensure a safe and comfortable stay, we have established the following Terms of Use in accordance with Article 9 of the Accommodation Agreement. We kindly ask that you comply with these terms.
If you fail to comply with these terms, we may terminate your accommodation contract. Please note that in such cases, no refunds will be issued.
Furthermore, by completing your reservation, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms and conditions.

Please also note that if you have received negative reviews based on your past stay history, we may cancel your reservation or request an additional security deposit after reviewing the details.

〇Regarding Use of the Facility
・You may not exceed the maximum occupancy.

・Pets are not permitted to stay with you (This restriction does not apply to dogs that have been approved for accommodation).

〇About This Accommodation Facility
・For safety, hygiene, and fire prevention reasons, smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the entire indoor area of this facility. If smoking indoors is discovered, you will be charged for the costs associated with cleaning to remove odors and stains. While we generally ask that you refrain from smoking outdoors on the premises, please use a portable ashtray and take your cigarette butts with you. You may not dispose of cigarette butts in the trash cans on the premises.

・Please do not remove any of the provided amenities from the premises. They are provided solely for use within this accommodation. Additionally, due to the risk of damage from wild animals, please do not leave them outdoors after use; be sure to bring them inside.

・You may not take any of this vacation rental’s facilities or furnishings home with you. If theft is discovered, we will charge you for the cost of the items.

・For fire safety reasons, we do not permit guests to bring their own barbecue grills. Please use the BBQ set provided.
*Please bring your own charcoal and other supplies.

・Please do not enter land other than adjacent properties or public areas, and do not pick wild vegetables or other plants in the neighborhood. These may be cultivated by local residents.

〇Regarding Use
・Minors are not permitted to use the facilities unaccompanied.

・Please refrain from behavior that disturbs public order or peace, such as shouting, singing, playing musical instruments, or speaking loudly, as these may cause a nuisance to neighbors. Many permanent residents live in the neighborhood, and their daily routines vary. In accordance with the agreement, please be especially quiet after 9:00 PM.

・Due to disaster prevention and noise control agreements, “bonfires” are prohibited. (Only handheld fireworks are permitted on the premises, excluding the artificial turf area.)

・Please separate trash into recyclables (cans, bottles, PET bottles, and metal items) and general waste, and dispose of them in the indoor trash bins. (Please take home large items such as Styrofoam.)

・When barbecuing or enjoying meals outdoors, please be sure to observe the following rules.

✓ Please finish everything, including cleanup, by 9:00 PM.

　✓ To prevent grease stains on the floor, please use a plate when carrying grilled food, such as meat, from the grill.

　✓ In case of an emergency, fill the provided bucket with water to extinguish the fire.

✓ After use, you may leave the ashes as they are, but be sure to place the charcoal in the charcoal bucket and close the lid securely. Please make sure there are no embers left on the grill grate or in the ash tray. Also, to prevent burns, do not place the charcoal bucket on the artificial turf.

　✓To prevent wildlife from tampering with them, please dispose of any uneaten food or unburned charcoal as general trash; do not leave them lying around under any circumstances.

✓After using cooking utensils and tableware, please wash them thoroughly and return them to their original places.

・After checkout time, staff will enter and exit the premises to clean.

・For security and to prevent trouble, security cameras and noise meters are installed near the entrance.

〇 Other Rules to Follow

・Please make sure to lock the door whenever you leave the premises during your stay.
Be sure to check that the door is locked, especially before going to sleep. If a visitor arrives, please do not open the door without first verifying who it is. If you suspect someone is acting suspiciously, please contact the manager or the police immediately.

・Please be very careful with open flames when you are away from the property or going to sleep.

〇 Policy on Pets
Pets are not permitted at this accommodation facility.

If, after your departure, we suspect that a pet has entered the room (e.g., if animal hair or odors are detected), you will be required to pay the actual costs incurred, including housekeeping fees, the cost of replacing bedding and furnishings, and compensation for any damages suffered by other guests.

Some guests may have allergies to pets. Although we perform thorough cleaning, pet hair, mites, and skin flakes are microscopic and can remain airborne for long periods, making them impossible to remove through standard cleaning procedures. For such guests, pet hair and odors are not only unpleasant but, in the worst-case scenario, may even cause breathing difficulties.

Additionally, due to the nature of the neighborhood, permanent residents live nearby. The sounds of pets may disturb the neighbors. Furthermore, since wild animals are sometimes present, there is a risk that they could harm your pets. Therefore, we kindly ask that you absolutely refrain from bringing pets with you.
