Welcome to Sundance Beach Cottage—a fully private one-bedroom home tucked into a sleepy beach side village of just nine coastal villas along the Chesapeake Bay, where privacy, simplicity, and seaside beauty meet just steps from the water.

From the moment you arrive, the world slows. Park in your reserved space within our fenced, secure private parking lot, then leave your car behind. Beyond the entrance lies a peaceful, car-free village of sandy pathways, sea grasses, and salt-kissed breezes where waves replace traffic and life moves with the tide.

Just steps away, the Chesapeake Bay invites you to unwind. Start your mornings with coffee by the shoreline as sunlight sparkles across the water. Spend your days walking the beach, collecting shells and sea glass, swimming in calm bay waters, or simply relaxing as gentle waves roll in. Evenings bring unforgettable sunsets that paint the sky in gold, rose, and lavender.

Inside, Sundance Beach Cottage is a private coastal retreat designed for comfort and ease. The home features a cozy queen bedroom, full bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, and inviting living area—perfect for relaxing, cooking, or enjoying a quiet night in.

For added convenience, the cottage includes an in-unit washer and dryer, making extended stays and beach living effortless.

While the setting feels hidden and tranquil, you are only minutes from Ocean View’s waterfront restaurants, local breweries, coffee shops, fishing piers, and parks. Downtown Norfolk is also a short drive away for shopping, museums, and entertainment.

Whether you’re planning a romantic getaway, girls’ weekend, solo retreat, or restorative coastal escape, Sundance Beach Cottage offers the perfect balance of privacy, charm, and natural beauty.

We look forward to welcoming you to your private home by the bay.
