The property is located in a mixed residential and commercial area, offering convenient highway access along with a level of privacy that can be difficult to find in a traditional residential neighborhood.

There are local businesses nearby, including automotive businesses. These businesses are closed on weekends, and we have an arrangement with our neighboring businesses to remain closed while guests are staying at the property.

Because of the mixed-use setting, the immediate surroundings may appear more commercial than a traditional residential neighborhood. We want to be completely transparent about the location so guests know exactly what to expect before booking.

One of the biggest advantages of this location is the added privacy. There are no immediate residential neighbors and no designated neighborhood quiet hours, making the property a great option for regular stays, extended stays, groups, and approved small events or gatherings.

Feel free to play music, relax, and enjoy your time together! With no immediate residential neighbors, you can enjoy the property without the typical concerns of being directly next to neighboring homes. We simply ask that guests remain respectful of the property and surrounding businesses.

Small events and gatherings may be welcome with prior host approval. An additional fee will apply for more than standard overnight stay.
