The attic is a completely renovated space, designed to offer maximum comfort in a small space.
During your stay you can use the entire accommodation and all the appliances present.

The attic is entirely available to guests. The apartment, being in a small condominium of only 2 residential units, has a shared entrance facing the street.

The attic is not suitable for people with mobility difficulties and young children due to the presence of narrow and steep stairs.
In addition, during the summer months, it is possible to hear live music coming from the bar on the other side of the street.

Limited Traffic Zone: The accommodation is located within the Limited Traffic Zone of the historic center. This guarantees a peaceful stay, sheltered from traffic noise.
Guests who wish can obtain a transit-only permit (not parking) for loading and unloading luggage by informing the host of their vehicle type and license plate number as soon as possible.
