Guests of Observation Point North also enjoy access to the spectacular third-floor amenity terrace, featuring a resort-style swimming pool, children's pool, hot tub, Grand Sandestin Fitness Center, outdoor grilling area, and a beautifully landscaped courtyard with a fireplace and comfortable lounge seating.

The sugar-white beaches and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico are just a short ride away. Spend the day relaxing on the beach, paddleboarding, parasailing, or simply soaking up the Florida sunshine before returning to Baytowne Wharf for waterfront dining and evening entertainment.

While staying at Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort, you'll also have convenient access to four championship golf courses, the Baytowne Marina, tennis and pickleball facilities, miles of scenic walking and biking trails, Jolee Island Nature Park, and the upscale shopping and dining at Grand Boulevard. Golf, marina activities, tennis, pickleball, and certain resort amenities may require additional fees.

If the snorkelers in your group are looking for an unforgettable adventure, be sure to visit the Seahorse Reef, one of South Walton's artificial snorkel reefs. Located just offshore, this unique reef has become a thriving habitat for colorful marine life. We strongly recommend using a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the reef, as Gulf conditions can and do change quickly. Enjoy!
