This house was exactly as described. It is small. If you have 8 people you will wonder where to put your luggage, but we knew that ahead of time and it met all our needs. The beach supplies were great to have. It is about 1 block from the beach, less than a block to where the biobay tours meet. We enjoyed the beach, the horses, the chickens, iguanas, mangos, and the beautiful town of Esperanza. My only complaint is that they have an Amazon Alexa device set up and it would randomly turn on and start playing music or making other noises. Otherwise, everything worked as expected.

Cute, clean and comfortable house. We had everything we needed and enjoyed our time here. Communication and instructions clear from check-in, everything during the stay, to check-out. Pictures were accurate and all as described. Location was perfect to walk to the beaches close by or grab a quick taxi to Caracas. Food trucks at Esperanza beach and bio bay pick ups 5 min walk. Convenience store also 5 min walk. Water filtration system saved us money and plastic from being used. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend.

The place was very nice and accommodating. Well maintained and welcoming. We wished we had booked for longer but had an agenda to keep.
