Offering a balanced floor plan suited for up to eight guests and a dog, this 79 m² Scandinavian coastal home in Resort 2 (Category C) sits just a short walk from Großenbrode’s South Beach. The interior separates its sleeping quarters into two distinct wings around a central gathering area: the primary double bedroom borders the primary wellness bathroom, while a second double bedroom and twin room occupy the opposite side of the house near the secondary bath. A built-in double alcove bed offers a dedicated sleeping nook for kids, supported by an available crib and high chair.

Sunlight fills the central lounge through wide windows, connecting the soft seating area with a fully fitted kitchen equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and fridge-freezer. Share family dinners at the central table, or head outside through glass patio doors to the partially covered terrace featuring garden furniture, sun loungers, and a BBQ grill.

The home’s wellness amenities feature underfloor heating across both full bathrooms, a deep bathtub, a whirlpool, and direct entry into a private Finnish sauna. After a day outdoors, gather in the living room around the wood-burning fireplace with flat-screen satellite TV, Blu-ray player, and stereo. Guests staying in Resort 2 enjoy reserved parking outside the home and immediate access to the daily market, bakery, playgrounds, and reception.
