Located in Resort 1 near the sports hall and basketball courts, this 79 m² Scandinavian detached home pairs active outdoor recreation with a warm, personal touch for up to eight guests and a dog. Just a short walk from Großenbrode’s South Beach, the home features distinctive family art pieces that lend it a unique, welcoming character. The split-wing floor plan organizes its three bedrooms across two quiet sides: a primary double bedroom sits right beside the main spa bathroom with a soaking tub and sauna, while a second double bedroom and twin room occupy the opposite wing near the second full bath. An integrated double alcove bed provides a cozy sleeping nook for children, supported by an available crib and high chair.

Sunlight fills the central lounge through expansive windows, connecting the soft seating area with a fully fitted kitchen equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and fridge-freezer. Share family meals at the central table, or head outside through glass patio doors to the partially covered terrace featuring garden furniture, sun loungers, and a BBQ grill.

The home’s wellness amenities feature underfloor heating across both full bathrooms, a deep bathtub, a whirlpool, and direct entry into a private Finnish sauna. After a day outdoors, gather in the living room around the wood-burning fireplace with flat-screen satellite TV, Blu-ray player, and stereo. Guests staying in Resort 1 enjoy reserved parking outside the home and immediate access to onsite sports facilities, with Großenbrode's South Beach just a short walk away.
