Positioned in Resort 2 (Category C), this 79 m² Scandinavian detached home offers a well-designed layout crafted for multi-generational groups, up to eight guests, and pets. Situated within easy walking distance of Großenbrode’s South Beach, the home balances social spaces with private retreats across two separate sleeping wings: the primary double bedroom sits right beside the principal wellness bathroom, while a second double room and a twin bedroom occupy the opposite wing near the second full bath. A cozy double alcove bed tucked near the central lounge provides an inviting nook for younger family members, complemented by an available crib and high chair.

At the core of the house, large window fronts illuminate the open kitchen and dining space. Cook with ease using the ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and fridge-freezer, then share meals at the dedicated dining table or gather on the deep sectional sofa by the wood-burning fireplace, flat-screen satellite TV, Blu-ray player, and stereo.

The private wellness area includes two full bathrooms with heated flooring, a deep soaking bathtub, a whirlpool, and direct entry to an in-house Finnish sauna. Glass doors extend the living area onto a partially covered outdoor terrace equipped with a garden table, chairs, sun loungers, and a BBQ grill. Guests staying in Resort 2 enjoy close proximity to the daily bakery, supermarket, playgrounds, and reception, with private parking located right outside the front door.
