Set within Großenbrode’s Holiday Vital Resort, this 79 m² detached Nordic sanctuary offers a quiet retreat designed for families and dog owners. Featuring a split-wing floor plan, the home positions a main double bedroom beside the primary spa bathroom, while the other two bedrooms (one double, one twin) sit across the house near the second bath. A built-in double alcove bed offers a snug, private sleeping nook for kids and teens, accommodating up to eight guests and a dog.

At the center of the home, broad windows flood the open-plan lounge with natural light. Settle into the spacious sofa area by the wood-burning fireplace with satellite TV, Blu-ray, and stereo, or share home-cooked meals at the dedicated dining table. The kitchen comes fully equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and fridge-freezer.

Wellness is front and center with underfloor heating in both bathrooms, a whirlpool bath, and direct entry into a private Finnish sauna. Glass doors open onto a partially covered, furnished terrace with sun loungers and a BBQ grill for relaxed outdoor evenings. Sitting in Resort 2, daily essentials like the 7-day supermarket, bakery, reception, and playgrounds are just a quick stroll away, with private parking included right outside.
