Welcome to Historic Charm, a remarkable 1926 residence in the heart of St. Augustine that lets you step directly into local history. Originally built by a prominent St. Augustine doctor, this home famously hosted legendary Olympian and actor Johnny Weissmuller—the original Tarzan—while he trained for his iconic film role. Today, it combines rich architectural character with modern comforts for an unforgettable coastal getaway.

Inside this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home, you will find authentic 1926 craftsmanship preserved throughout, including rare original pecky cypress woodwork and custom cedar-lined closets. The light-filled, spacious layout features an inviting living room for relaxing with family, a fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals, and thoughtfully furnished bedrooms designed for restful nights.

Outside, the property offers rare features for a home so close to the historic core: an expansive, fully fenced yard for private outdoor relaxation, plus ample driveway space to bring along your boat, jet skis, or trailers.

Located just minutes from historic downtown St. Augustine, Flagler College, and Vilano Beach, you are perfectly positioned to explore St. George Street, visit the Castillo de San Marcos, or spend the day on the water. Whether you are a history enthusiast, a beachgoer, or traveling with toys in tow, Historic Charm delivers a unique, authentic St. Augustine experience.
