The 125-square-meter apartment is spread over two levels and is accessible from the Budello via a single flight of stairs. The spacious and bright rooms are designed to offer comfort and privacy to both families and groups of friends.

On the first floor are the sleeping area and the three bathrooms:
a double bedroom with a private bathroom and an open shower;
a twin bedroom with a private bathroom, walk-in closet, and twin beds that can be joined to form a comfortable double bed; a travel crib is also available for children up to 2 years old;
a bedroom with a single bed, a pull-out bed, and a large desk, also ideal for remote work;
a third bathroom serving the entire home.

On the second floor, accessed via a convenient internal staircase with a handrail, there is a bright, open-concept living area with a fully equipped kitchen and living room, furnished with two large sofas, one of which converts into a double bed. A pleasant small terrace completes the floor.

The home is equipped with all the amenities: air conditioning in every room, free and unlimited Wi-Fi, a 50" Smart TV in the living room and a TV in the master bedroom, a dishwasher, a washing machine with detergent, an oven, a microwave, a moka pot, and a Lavazza Tiny coffee machine. You’ll also find pots and pans, dishes, an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer, and all the necessary linens (sheets, bath towels, hand towels, and kitchen linens).

For families with children, a travel crib and a high chair are available free of charge.

Music lovers can also use a Yamaha digital piano available in the living room.

A private, locked parking space is included, located in a parking garage just a few minutes’ walk from the apartment.
