Seagrove Beachside Retreat 30A-Sleeps 11 - Ocean and Pool Views- Private Beach Access

Villa at the Dunes is just steps from a private, low-density beach exclusively for residents and guests. Not open to the public, it means a more peaceful, uncrowded beach experience the moment you step outside.

The main floor features stunning ocean views, a spacious living room, a dining area, and a beautifully appointed kitchen with a large island — ideal for gathering and entertaining. A convenient half bath and a built-in beverage station round out the main level, perfect for your morning coffee or an afternoon refreshment.

Three thoughtfully designed sleeping spaces make this ideal for families and larger groups alike:

A king primary suite with a private en-suite bathroom
A second king suite with two twin XL bunk beds and its own en-suite bathroom — great for families
An upstairs bunk room with two queen beds and a twin trundle, perfect for larger groups or kids

Guests enjoy three full bathrooms, a half bath, a washer and dryer, and a full lineup of beach accessories — chairs, umbrellas, towels, and coolers — to make your stay effortless.

We've thought of everything to make your stay relaxing, comfortable, and memorable. I'm available to help in any way I can — just message me.

The Location-

Seagrove Beach offers the perfect blend of laid-back coastal charm and prime location along 30A. Nestled just minutes from Seaside, you'll enjoy easy access to some of the area's best dining, shopping, and local experiences — while still feeling relaxed and uncrowded. With beautiful beaches, scenic bike paths, and a true "old Florida" feel, it's one of the most sought-after spots on 30A.

The surrounding area of Dune Villas truly can't be beat. Once you arrive, you won't need a car — the beach and pool are both just steps away, along with several nearby spots to explore. For a fun and convenient way to get around, many guests enjoy renting bikes or a golf cart during their stay, and we offer on-site parking for both to make things easy.

If you'd like recommendations for rentals or local favorites, I'm always happy to help.
