Scandinavian architectural charm and generous light fill this 79 m² detached retreat located in Resort 1 of Großenbrode’s Holiday Vital Resort. Wide window fronts draw daylight into the open-plan lounge, where a flickering wood-burning fireplace, plush seating, and a large dining table create a cozy gathering space for family meals. Tailored for up to eight guests and a dog, the layout offers three separate bedrooms—two with double beds and one with twin singles—plus a built-in double alcove bed that younger family members love. A crib and high chair are also provided for traveling families.

In-house spa amenities highlight the home's wellness features, including two full bathrooms with underfloor heating, a whirlpool bathtub, and direct access to a private Finnish sauna from the primary bath. The open kitchen comes fully equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and fridge-freezer, alongside a practical washer-dryer combination for effortless extended stays.

Outside, step onto the partially covered private terrace, equipped with outdoor dining furniture, sun loungers, and a BBQ grill for slow summer evenings. Guests staying in Resort 1 enjoy direct access to the resort’s sports hall and playing fields for football, basketball, and tennis, alongside free dedicated parking, adventure playgrounds, and nearby shopping.
