### The space

**Ik & Lo Resort** was created for the moments that are simply too big for one house.

Set across **30 beautiful acres in the Poconos**, the entire resort is yours—**10 homes, 23 bedrooms & 13 bathrooms, sleeping up to 60 guests**. It’s a rare place where your entire wedding party, extended family, church group or team can stay together while still having the privacy and comfort of separate homes.

### Where everyone stays

The resort includes all 10 homes:

* **122 Barn Swallow — Main House:** 3 bedrooms · 2 bathrooms
* **134A Barn Swallow:** 2 bedrooms · 2 bathrooms
* **134B Barn Swallow:** 3 bedrooms · 2 bathrooms
* **132 Barn Swallow:** 3 bedrooms · 1 bathroom
* **140 Barn Swallow:** 2 bedrooms · 1 bathroom
* **156 Barn Swallow:** 2 bedrooms · 1 bathroom

* **144 Barn Swallow:** 2 bedrooms · 1 bathroom

**Total: 23 bedrooms · 13 bathrooms · up to 60 guests**

Everyone is together at Ik & Lo, but nobody has to squeeze into one enormous house. Families can have their own home, grandparents can retreat somewhere quieter, and wedding parties or groups can organize themselves however works best.

And outside your door is what makes **Ik & Lo Resort** truly special.

Wake up surrounded by mountain views and open fields. Meet our **horse and Highland cow**, cuddle baby goats and bunnies, visit the chickens and collect fresh eggs. Wander down to the creek, relax in the hammocks, play beach volleyball, explore the property with the kids and end the evening laughing together around the fire.

Planning a wedding? Imagine having your closest friends and family **stay together for the entire weekend**. Say “I do” surrounded by the Poconos, celebrate together, then wake up the next morning with everyone you love still right here.

From **weddings and family reunions to corporate retreats, church retreats, milestone celebrations and unforgettable weekends with friends**, Ik & Lo gives you something incredibly hard to find:

**An entire resort where everyone you love can stay, celebrate and make memories together.**
