Room was clean, unfortunately I requested a non smoking room and got a very badly cigarette smelling room, my bags smelled horrible day after, needs a bit of tlc in rooms, the fridge did leak but nothing a towel couldn't fix. In my stay there was a stabbing around 4am which lead to crimescene tape everywhere and up to 3/4 police units - very scary but I will give it a second chance because everything' is walking distance and it's convenient,, the owner was very sweet and kind.
