This Siesta Key gulf side rental is located on one of the widest and most beautiful stretches of beach in the world. Beachaven is located at the 'center' of Siesta Key's Crescent Beach (giving it the best vantage point for sunsets), and enjoys the widest private beach on all of Siesta Key, and one of the largest private beaches in the entire world. The crystal clear aqua waters of the Gulf and unique pure white sand made of 99% quartz (so it never gets hit on your bare feet) will be your private playground.

Most complexes in the gulf side of Siesta Key have a pool located at the center of the complex or at the beginning of the complex near the road. This complex has one of the few pools that is literally located directly in the beach so you can watch another spectacular sunset while floating in the pool. Or take a dip in the ocean and come back to the pool when you're done with the saltwater.

This one-of-a-kind one bed, one bath villa is located on the #1 beach in America. This unit has undergone a complete gut renovation with all new plumbing, electrical, and unique open floor plan with large quartz kitchen island and all new appliances including full size refrigerator and new unique herringbone floors and large 65" TV. The decorating is coastal chic and feels like walking into oethingnout of a magazine. No detail was overlooked, including unique surfboard accent island lights and matching surfboard table.

The bathroom is brand new with a tub and shower combo for a quick rinse or a deep soak after a perfect day in the beach.

The condo boasts 1 inviting bedroom with a comfortable king bed and pullout XL twin trundle.

A full size washer and dreyer is available for your exclusive use in the shed behind the condo as well as a one car carport.

Whether you’re relaxing after a day of exploring or preparing for your next adventure, this lovely condo offers a welcoming retreat. A great place to call homebase while you’re away, we hope you enjoy your stay.
