The Space:

Welcome to our spacious two-story waterfront retreat in Big Bear Lake! The home features four bedrooms and three full bathrooms accommodating up to ten guests. Upstairs you will find a bright living area with vaulted wood-plank ceilings and large windows showcasing stunning lake and forest views. The fully equipped kitchen boasts granite countertops and essential appliances including a dishwasher and coffee maker perfect for preparing family meals. Step outside to your private patio to enjoy the outdoor dining area and BBQ grill or unwind in the private hot tub. We provide family-friendly amenities such as a pack n play and children toys. Please note that the upstairs heating system may be audible during operation. Guests have access to a private boat slip and an EV charger is conveniently located in the carport.



Guest Access:

The entire home is yours to enjoy, including the waterfront outdoor areas, lake access, private boat slip, and hot tub. Entry is by lockbox on the stair rail by the front entrance; your code will be sent before arrival.



The garage and locked cupboards in the kitchen and master bedroom are reserved for owner storage and are not part of the rental.



The Neighborhood:

Bearlagio is nestled in a serene lakefront neighborhood that perfectly balances tranquility with proximity to the best of Big Bear Lake. You will find yourself just a short drive from the vibrant Village, where a variety of charming local shops and restaurants await. Adventure is always nearby, with Big Bear Marina offering easy access to boating, fishing, and paddleboarding during the warmer months. When the snow falls, you are conveniently located within a short drive of the premier slopes at Snow Summit and Bear Mountain for world class skiing and snowboarding. This quiet residential setting provides the ultimate escape for relaxation while ensuring you remain close to all the excitement and entertainment the area has to offer.



Getting Around:

The Big Bear Marina is just a 10 minute walk away, and The Village is approximately a 12 minute walk from the home, putting local restaurants, shops, cafes, and entertainment within easy reach. While many local spots are walkable, a car is recommended for trips to Snow Summit, Bear Mountain, and local grocery stores. We provide private parking in the driveway and carport for up to four vehicles. Please note that street parking is strictly prohibited by city ordinance. For those driving electric vehicles, a dedicated charger is available in the carport. If you are visiting during the winter months, please be prepared for mountain driving conditions, check for road and chain requirements before traveling, and ensure you carry tire chains as necessary.



Other Things to Note:

Important information for your stay. Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Please note that the home does not have air conditioning and the upstairs heating system can be noticeably loud while running. The private hot tub is serviced every Thursday, so a technician may briefly access the area that day. Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. A valid government-issued ID is required prior to check-in. Per Big Bear Lake city ordinance, all guests must sign the Good Neighbor Policy before arrival, which includes quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, no outdoor amplified music, and strict adherence to parking limits. Parking is restricted to the driveway and carport for a maximum of 4 vehicles; street parking is not permitted. An EV charger is available in the carport; please bring your own charging cable. We welcome up to 2 house-trained pets for $100/stay. Please note that there are no trash bins on the property, so you must take all trash with you at check-out. Failure to comply with city regulations or house rules may result in fines or eviction.
