Multiple decks and fire pits. Soak in the hot tub, walk, fish, or sit beside the river. Short drive to Grandfather Mtn, Banner Elk, Sugar Mtn, and local restaurants. Explore the Appalachian Trail, Blue Ridge Pkwy, hiking, waterfalls, golfing, rafting, river & snow tubing, skiing, and great activities!
Accomodates large parties with spacious family room, large dining table, and full kitchen amenities. Office space with desk and daybed. Play board games or watch movies together around a fire. Enjoy the panoramic surrounding views of the Christmas tree farm, mountains, and river. Walk the deer trails and explore the whole 7 acres.

We loved our time at Living Waters. The house was comfortable and very spacious. The grandchildren enjoyed the hot tub. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals.

I loved the house and the location close to sugar mountain with a small town and the hot tub after skiing was amazing.

Our family had an amazing Christmas at the living waters house. It was beautiful and perfect for our family! Looking forward to coming back in the future!
