The house stands detached on the outskirts of the village Santa Domenica with its typical Calabrian atmosphere, at the end of a cul-de-sac, with direct access on foot to the sea. The well-known tourist resort Tropea, the gem of the Tyrrhenian Sea, is only 3.5km away. Just to the north and south are Riaci and Formicoli with great public beaches, directly accessible by car. The house is at the end of a cul-de-sac and can only be accessed rather curiously the wrong way down a one-way street, perhaps the only road in the whole of Europe where this is permitted…We have practically private access to the sea, directly on foot under a passageway, about 8 minutes down.
