Shaped by water. Strengthened by nature. From the moment guests arrive, they pass through the gate into a fully fenced sanctuary of over two hectares — a space set apart from the outside world.
The land opens wide and quiet. Red tussock moves across the
landscape, responding to the breeze in slow, rhythmic waves. It is nature speaking in its own language — not loud, not hurried.
The stay unfolds according to weather, light, and inclination.

The space
The property has two bedrooms and two bathrooms that have the living areas in the centre. There is also a dedicated room for editing photography with a 34” curved extra wide screen conferencing monitor, with high definition that has cables making it available for guests to use. Yoga and fitness equipment is also available in this room as a space set apart from general living/dining kitchen area.
Guest access
The entire home is yours to use. The garage is the owners area that has two features made available to guests, the ice maker and water dispenser and the washing machine and dryer. All other contents in the garage belong to the owners for the upkeep and management of the property and the ongoing planting and restoration work.
Other things to note
Our property is approximately 7km from the Te Anau township, including 1km on gravel road. Please drive slowly on gravel roads
