A proposito di questa casa struttura in affitto
Escape to this curated designer home minutes from everything Houston has to offer. Whether you're in town for an event at NRG, to visit the Texas Medical Center, or a Downtown weekend, this retreat delivers a boutique hotel experience with the comfort of a functional home.
-8 min to NRG Stadium
-6 min to Texas Medical Center
-10 min to Downtown Houston
-12 min to Houston Zoo
Perfect for groups, medical/business travel, family visits, vacations, temporary housing, long stays.
To keep every guest comfortable and safe, please also note a few important house rules
No parties or events. No pets. No drugs. No smoking/vaping indoors.
Be courteous to our neighbors - Please observe quiet hours from 10PM-7AM and be mindful of noise. No loud music in the driveway, garage, or backyard.
Outside security cameras are at the front door, driveway, in front of the garage and in the backyard. There are absolutely no cameras inside the house. Do not tamper with cameras or Wi-Fi system.
Law enforcement will be contacted for violations. A $500 fine and immediate eviction will also apply.
We have the home routinely serviced with pest control to help maintain a clean and comfortable environment. Because this is Texas, insects are common outdoors. Occasional bugs may still find their way inside when doors or windows are opened.
**Please inquire about mid-term stays (lease agreement and security deposit required for stays longer than 28 days).
