The Waddington House was awesome! The house was very clean, comfortable and very well maintained. Three minute walk to the beach and short drive to restaurants and grocery stores. Will definitely rent again. Thank you Garden City Realty! You always make reservations so easy!

Reviewer Comments:
The house is dated. Why would you have carpet in a beach house and dark blue at that? Sheets wouldn’t stay on bed and the plastic on bed made noise every time you moved. Issue with taking shower and tub stopped up.Had trouble with lock and they kept having to change code. End up needing new batteries.
