A lovely, welcoming stay – highly recommended! ❤️ We had a wonderful stay at Helen Apartments in Lucerne. The room was small, but very thoughtfully arranged and efficient, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It had all the necessary amenities and felt cosy and well cared for. What really made our stay special was the kindness and helpfulness of the owners. They kindly allowed us to check in two hours earlier, which was extremely helpful after our journey. On the day of our departure, they also allowed us to leave our bags with them while we went out for some sightseeing in the morning. This made our last few hours in Lucerne so much easier. The owners were incredibly friendly, welcoming and accommodating. We genuinely felt at home rather than like ordinary guests. Their hospitality made a big difference to our experience. We would definitely recommend Helen Apartments to anyone visiting Lucerne, and we would happily stay here again on a future visit. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable and special! ❤️

There was no body wash in the bathroom but it can be managed

Die Wohnung ist klein, aber fein. Es war alles da, die Ausstattung ist top.

Die Klimaanlage ist ausgefallen, aber der Gastgeber hat sich um ein Ventilator gekümmert. Hat super geklappt.
