Signage is posted at each. - The home has two Trane thermostat zones: main level (in the primary king bedroom) and lower level (in the hallway outside the game room). Thermostats cannot be set below 72°F. - The home does not have blinds. Curtains are installed throughout and can be drawn for privacy and light control. - The dock is private to the home. The beach area is shared with the neighboring property to the right — please stay on your side of the shared beach. A camera may be present in the boat dock area. - The home runs on a septic system. Please flush toilet paper only — no wipes, paper towels, or other products. The water pump is original to the home. For the best water pressure, we recommend running one shower at a time. - Recycling service is not available in this area. All waste goes to household trash. - This is a wooded lakefront setting, and local wildlife — deer, ducks, raccoons, bats, spiders, and small rodents — is common in the area. Please keep exterior doors closed and food stored indoors. Parking Details: - Up to 5 vehicles may park on-site. Street parking and parking on the grass are not permitted. - The driveway is concrete and slopes downhill. Please use caution in wet or icy conditions. - The garage is not available for guest use. This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
