The host is nice, very accommodating, and easily reachable. The location is good; calm enough (we can hear cars passing by during the day since the apartment is near the street; however, at night it is very calm). The sofa bed is quite comfortable for a single person. The pool is very nice but with a lot of restrictions (no vaping, no eating, no drinking, no inflatable raft in the pool...) and there is a group of nice old folks who are always there from 2:00 to 7:00 p.m. to remind us:)
However, the pool is clean, and there are many pool loungers available.
I stayed there for 1 week in September. I liked but if I had to choose what I didn't like, it would be not enough light (the apartment is surrounded by the tree, west side), which is a good thing actually in full summer!
If you like and wish to cook (not only very simple things and for more than 2 people), it could be complicated since there's just one pot, one skillet, and one Tupperware container. However, again, there is everything you need to eat, store, and wash easily.
