The apartment was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Nice quiet location and staff were great. Would definitely stay here again
I had some concerns before checking in and it took some time to get a response from the property, but once I did they were extremely helpful and reassuring.

Everything! The staff were absolutely lovely, especially Grace and Gem. The place is stunning — I honestly couldn’t believe how nice it was. It has everything you could possibly need and feels like a real home away from home. I’ll definitely be making this my regular place to stay whenever I’m in Birmingham for work.
Absolutely nothing I didn’t like.
