Roses Retreat is a lovely place to stay, and Francesca could not have been more welcoming and helpful.

The location was just outside of Marlow itself with 15-20 minute walk to the town centre, or a short taxi ride. The street itself was very quiet and the property was very easy to locate. We were greeted by Francesca with warmth, and shown our apartment which was clean and modern. We had everything we needed for our 3 might stay. We were given freshly baked biscuits and cakes on the afternoons, and in the mornings we were given a generous continental breakfast. We had a coffee machine, tea and coffee in the room and were handed a small Thermos with fresh milk each day. Had we needed anything further we only had to ask. Francesca and her family made it feel like we were staying with friends, giving us good recommendations for places to visit in the area. We very much look forward to returning again, it was an absolute pleasure staying with you.

There was nothing we didn't like about the property.

Exceptionally clean and comfortable. Fresh flowers and homemade biscuits an unexpected welcome addition. Continental breakfast plentiful and varied nothing too much trouble for our wonderful host Francesca. Brewery tap house and excellent Italian restaurant easy walking distance both highly recommended.

20 minute walk into Marlow, fine for us but could be a consideration for some, however Uber taxis are super efficient in this area.

Francesca was wonderful and kind and attentive. Super comfortable bed and room with en-suite bath. Breakfast was exactly what we wanted. Sorry we couldn’t stay longer and would have loved to meet Charlie. ✅❤️

Liked everything!
