It was perfectly located near parking and walking distance to the city center. Perfectly decorated!

I’m originally from London and I haven’t experienced anything like this… The personal atmosphere throughout the whole building. It didn’t feel like a standard hotel at all but cosy and very relaxed. We chatted with other guests, tasted some Dutch cheeses and met the sweetest blonde Labradoodle. Kees😍 We had our own dog with us too, and they immediately got along. We also wanted to check out a little later and it was no problem at all. Everything just felt very personal and easy-going.
The stairs are quite steep, but that’s apparently also part of the charm of staying in an old Amsterdam building.
