Your basecamp for the wild — with a real bathroom, a real bed, and a real kitchen. This Pleasure-Way Plateau TS is a hand-crafted luxury motorhome built on the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 3500 diesel chassis — not a DIY conversion, but a purpose-engineered basecamp designed by one of North America’s most respected Class B builders. It’s the rig for travelers who want to reach the trailhead, the coastline, or the backcountry access road, and then actually relax once they get there. Step inside and you’ll find a full bathroom with shower, a spacious fridge/freezer for stocking up before you go off-grid, Corian countertops, and a comfortable bed that converts easily for whoever’s along for the ride. Outside, the fully opening side door and screened entry turn the van into an open-air basecamp — cook, hang out, and take in the view without ever feeling boxed in. Under the hood, the Mercedes diesel engine delivers the torque to handle mountain passes and the fuel efficiency to keep you out there longer between stops. This isn’t a stripped-down adventure rig you have to rough it in — it’s a legitimately luxurious way to basecamp your way through the outdoors. Perfect for: couples or small groups road-tripping to national parks, ski trips, coastal exploring, or anyone who wants adventure without sacrificing comfort.
