Lovely location overlooking the estuary and farmland
Very well presented and spacious for a 1 bedroom apartment

Immaculately clean apartment. Smelt good as well. Very spacious. Didn't use the kitchen area but it was well equipped including microwave, air fryer etc.
This is being picky, as I really do rate the property very highly. I could have done with a sensor light by the key box as I arrived in the dark and the mattress was a bit thin, compared to the high quality of all the rest of the furnishings.

I found the bed was uncomfortable and the duvet too thick for summer use. Two nights I slept on the couch.
The stairs were difficult for my wife. The coasters are for the polished services.

The apartment was beautiful and very clean. The views from the balcony were sensational, and we very much enjoyed sitting out there, late into the night and the early morning. It felt like home to us. The hosts were very accommodating about allowing our dog, too. We were very sorry to have to leave after one night, but we will certainly book it again. We absolutely loved it, and we've already pointed a couple of friends towards it. Fabulous
You can't help the narrow lanes. There is absolutely nothing to dislike about this place. The village of Lympstone seems very well appointed, and the property is very close to Exeter, Exmouth, Dawlish, and Teignmouth.
