Fully furnished apartment in quiet neighborhood (except for the friendly dogs at times).....Extremely strong wi-fi.....Easy to reach owner.....I really liked the location as it is off the beaten tourist path. Yet plenty of markets nearby and transport to the city center is frequent and cheap.....Apartment is on top floor assessible by stairs.....Pictures on booking.com are accurate.....Large fridge, kettle, gas range with limited utensils.....Price is reasonable compared to other options in Gyumri, which seemed to have increased 50-100% in just a year or so.....Central heating though I didn't need it due to warm weather.....Small balcony with clothline. Would definitely stay again!
